Recipe, Keith's Meatballs
Keith’s Meatball Recipe
Makes a lot of meatballs, you can freeze them.
1.5 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 teasp granulated garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped or minced onion
1 teasp salt
1/2 teasp dried basil
1/3 of a bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
pinch black pepper
2 eggs
oil to cook onions
cook onions till clear, then cool them.
mix everything together
shape into balls
place into sheet pan or lasagna pan
bake 375 till brown.
Then add them to sauce or
pour sauce over them and finish 5-10 minutes till
sauce is warm.
